Election Sermon 2008
On March 9, 2008, we aired from our Sunday pulpit (broadcast to the internet, satellite & s/w) a 2008 Election Sermon. This article is from the notes of that sermon, (which is archived at our website) and it will also suffice for our standard “From the Editor’s Pen”.
There is a war going on between good and evil, and has been going on for a long time in this country and the world. Believe it or not, there was a time in this country one could not hold a public office without a public profession of Jesus Christ, and one certainly could not get elected to office without the endorsement of Christian preachers, who at election time, preached what was known as election sermons. [Note: there is a portion of our country’s history that people don’t know. For example, most people think George Washington was the first President of the United States. He was not! For more forbidden history, order the book America: Free, White and Christian, available for a $9 offering.]
Sermons, particularly the election sermons, once determined the political direction of our country. From the founding of the New England colonies to the outbreak of the Revolutionary War, church-goers listened to about seven thousand sermons, amounting to fifteen thousand hours of indoctrination in their lifetimes.
I have one book in my library entitled Political Sermons of the American Founding Era 1730-1805 that contains hundreds of them.
One can only imagine what those old stalwart Christian preachers of yesterday would preach today, if they were to preach an election sermon concerning the candidates put before us today.
Today the Judeo-Christian churches are basically forbidden to endorse a political candidate, for fear of losing their 501(c)3 tax exempt status, and the thinking from so many such churches is the church and the preacher should stay out of the political arena.
As stated in this preacher’s Election Sermon of 2008 of March 9, 2008, if what he suspects is right, concerning the coming of the Master to take the wise virgins to the wedding feast (Matthew 25), then he hopes that he and the flock the Great Shepherd has given him to shepherd will not be here to cast a vote anyway. But, he is not sure, and certainly could be wrong in his suspicion on the timing of the event. But for sure, someone will still be here, for only half of the virgins (representing Christians!) made it into the wedding feast. Truth is, this preacher wonders if there really will be a presidential election, not that the elections in this country are legitimate anyway.
With the elimination of a paper voting trail, it has become like the Communist son-of-hell Stalin once said, “it matters not who votes--what matters is who counts the votes.” The ‘hanging chad’ nonsense of the last presidential election farce was all just to make the people ‘think’ that their vote counts.
With all that declared, we again state as we did four years ago--cast your vote for Jesus. Do it as a write-in vote. We have reprinted in this newsletter an article from our Volume 5, 2003 “Jesus Christ for President” DragonSlayer. Read the article starting on page 8.
In our nightly live radio broadcast of 2-26-2008 (also archived at our website) we gave the following truths about our ‘election process’. Perhaps you have heard of the saying “War is the anti-Christ’s harvest season”. Well, the election campaign season is another of ‘their’ harvest seasons as well, where millions upon millions of dollars are spent. Spent for what? For air time. The god of this world is the prince of the air (Ephesians 2:2) and his little hell-hound alien children of hell own and/or control the monopoly size portion of the air waves and ‘they’ have a harvest season every four years.
The whole thing is presented like some sort of sporting event or game, be it a woman and negro wrestling in a mud pit, or a horse race on a dirt track. It is almost like the gladiator games of Rome, to the Stupor Bowl of today. At first, there are a lot of contenders on the field or in the arena fighting it out, and everyone gets to place their bets, today called ‘campaign contributions’ (which are tax deductible…). Then it slowly gets narrowed down, as the playoffs continue, until we get the two teams to the Stupor Bowl. Only there really aren’t two teams...they are both on the same team. It’s only made to appear to be two parties; but it is really just one body, one serpentine body with two heads.
As for the presidential race being compared to a horse race, it is. It is a rigged race, but everyone gets a horse to bet on. Even a long-shot. I used to wonder why some would put their horse in the Kentucky Derby to run, when it costs lots of money and they knew that their horse had no chance of winning. The answer is this. There is the prestige factor, and they do make money, whether they win or not. Having a horse in the race brings greater stud fees down the road and higher priced foals.
Take for example presidential candidate Giuliani, who is for homosexual rights and abortion, AND who got so-called born-again preacher Pat Robertson to endorse him. Giuliani took in $64 million dollars, spent $54 million dollars, (and his wife gets paid $125,000.00 per year to write his speeches) and he gets $100,00.00 for speaking engagements! The $10 million that’s left, after all is said and done, in what they call their ‘war chest’, is theirs. Ask yourself, what was Pat Robertson’s cut, and why does he get to endorse a political candidate and not lose his 501(c)3 status?
It would not be surprising to actually see Ms. Hillary get in. That could be the ultimate fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy of women ruling over us (Isaiah 3:12). It could be our God saying that if you want women to rule in your households, in your churches, in your Congress, then I’ll give you one for the Presidency! The Law of God forbids women to rule over us, and for most of the history of our country, women could not even vote, for our country used to rest upon the Word of God!
In that Word is a Law that forbids a Negro, or in the case of Mr. Obama, a half-black man (such used to be called a high-yeller) to rule over God’s people (Deuteronomy 17:15).
Strange how things are; Public Law 97-280, passed by both Houses of Congress, states that the Bible is the Word of God, and is the Book on which our Republic rests, and that we should read and study it. It forbids both Hillary and Obama from being over us! As for liberal McCain, I’m suspicious, not only of his looks, but of his liberal political career, and his name makes me extra suspicious (1 John 3:12).
Then, of course, there will those who bet on the long shot that’s put in the race. This year, it seems to be Ron Paul. He collected $20 million in the last quarter of 2007. It has been reported and documented there was voter fraud in the New Hampshire primaries, and Mr. Paul’s supporters wanted him to spend $67,000.00 of his $20 million for a recount, but he wouldn’t do it.
By the way, this preacher remembers the ex-CIA man posing as a Patriot, Col. Bo Gritz (who openly declared he would defend homosexuals to have the right to be homosexuals), ran for president a few years ago. Many reported he did quite well financially in doing so and spent little of it in the actual campaign.
As for Mr. Paul being in the Congress for so many years, Congressman Paul Finley, author of They Dare to Speak Out (available from SFA for a $10 donation) proves you don’t stay in Congress that many years without supporting a blank-check policy to the anti-Christ Israeli nation. You can tell a lot about a man by who his hero’s are. Mr. Paul’s hero is Martin Luther King, Jr. Any honest researcher that is more concerned with being correct than politically correct knows that Mr. King was a Communist trained, whore-mongering womanizer, a race-mixer and a plagiarizer. If a has-been cowboy, wanna-be preacher can learn such true history, don’t you think that Mr. Paul could?
Consider the following news item:
Arlington, Virginia-Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul today issued the following statement reflecting on the struggle for civil rights and the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.:
“It is especially fitting that we take time to reflect on one man’s struggles to defend our Constitutional freedoms during this primary election season. January 15 was the birthday of the great freedom fighter, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and on Monday, we honor him nationwide for his sacrifice and love for liberty for all people.”
“To me, the timing is more than a coincidence. The American people, regardless of color or creed, have the opportunity to choose a candidate who will uplift the ideals for which Dr. King fought-and died.”
If you think Ron Paul is a better vote than Jesus Christ, then so cast your vote. Same with the others, but I think the old time election sermon preachers would agree with me. We only have one viable candidate to vote for, and that is Jesus Christ.

The Greeks, I am told, never said “I think”; rather, they would say “the thought occurred to me”, recognizing that good thoughts and ideas come from another source. Well, a thought has occurred to me that I feel compelled to share with you. If it is a good idea then it is from God (for He does use weak, foolish, and insignificant men). If it is bad idea then I shall take full credit for it.
I have wondered how we can get God’s people to cry out to Him, and I think this idea is a way.
I have wondered how one could initiate an Elijah-inspired, Mount Carmel type confrontation with the Baal priests of the land and force the people to choose whom they shall serve. (I Kings 18:21); I think this idea maybe could do just that.
I have wondered how one could expose the Christ-less politicians, organizations, and corporations. This idea could do it.
I have wondered what one can do to carry out the command given to us in II Peter 3:12 to “hasten the day of God.” This idea could do that.
This idea could be acceptable to most all churches. It can cross denominational lines of most churches because most churches hold to the following premises:
Christ is King.
Where two or three are gathered together in His name there He is also.
Christ is the answer.
They pray the Lord’s Prayer – Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
This idea is even for the 501(c)3 churches whose mouths have been shut for fear of losing their tax-exempt status. It is also for the people who do not claim to be Christians or to be a part of a church, but are decent, down-to-earth people who live the ethic of “doing unto others as they would have others do unto them.” Such people have one common denominator. That is:
They do not think poorly of Jesus Christ, have nothing against Him, and certainly believe He is better than most men and certainly better than most politicians.
This idea is even for atheists. Those that not only do not believe Jesus is God, but don’t believe that there is a God.
This idea is for the content and the discontent...even for the really discontented; the ones that want a revolution, an over-throw of the establishment.
This idea is for those who have lost hope and sense it is no use.
This idea is for those who would, in their hearts, like to defy the system.
You have heard of “Grass Roots Movements.” Well, this idea goes back to grass roots; the very roots of the birth of our country.
This idea is endorsable by those who want to get more people active in the political process–to get more people to vote.
This idea is a means of protest without being seen as a protestor.
It is an idea that could get the people thinking in terms of “THE KINGDOM” rather than in terms of democracy, republic, constitution, etc…
And, it is an idea that can help correct one of the biggest mistakes God’s people ever made.
A CRUSADING CAMPAIGN FOR CHRIST FOR PRESIDENT in 2008. Yes, that is the idea. Lets all cast our vote; a write-in vote for Jesus Christ for President in 2008.
IS IT A CRAZY IDEA?
Oh, I know at first thought that this might sound like a crazy idea, but I say it is an idea whose time has come–or I should say, has come again. This is not the first time someone has had this so-called crazy idea. Only, they had it on an even grander scale which I shall address further on.
But for now, let’s address what some may call crazy as a sort of involuntary reaction. It is the idea that we cannot have Christ as president or even as king UNTIL Jesus returns physically.
What was the biggest mistake that God’s people ever made? Was it not what we read in I Samuel 8:7?
And the Lord said to Samuel, “Listen to the voice of the people in regard to all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you but they have rejected Me from being king over them.”
Was He or was He not King over them? While all of the other nations had physical, flesh-and-blood kings over them, they had an entirely different King and thus, an entirely different nation, an entirely different kingdom or government. To all of the other heathen nations at that time, such a concept was a crazy idea. Now many today sense a need for an entirely different system. After all, a better government is always the campaign promise of election candidates. So, even those in government or running for a government position acknowledge the need for a better government, and, of course believe, if they are elected, it will get better.
Well, you couldn’t get any better government than what the Israelites had with God as King; and, there was no physical, flesh-and-blood presence. Now who was their king? The God who did become flesh and blood and dwelt among us!!
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being by Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. John l:1-5
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
So, if He could be King then and not be physically present, why not correct the mistake and make Him at least president now?
Talk about a Grass Roots Movement! The very roots of America’s beginning goes back to this very idea–this so-called crazy idea.
In the excellent history book entitled The Light and The Glory (available from SFA for a $12 donation) on page 267 the authors show the idea our forefathers had prior to the American Revolution.
But most Crown-appointed governors remained submitted to their king, and one wrote to the Board of Trade in England: “If you ask an American, who is his master? He will tell you he has none, nor any governor but Jesus Christ.” Which may have given rise to the cry which was soon passed up and down the length of America by the Committees of Correspondence: “No king but King Jesus!”
I won’t get into the mechanics of how this grass roots movement could spread like a hot prairie fire. Suffice it to say in this article that it would be a move that could:
Force people to choose.
Expose politicians and Baal priests alike.
Get people to cry out to God.
Hasten the Day of the Lord.
The Mount Carmel Confrontation was with people and religious leaders alike when Eliza said in I Kings 18:20-21:
So Ahab sent a message among all the sons of Israel, and brought the prophets together at Mount Carmel. And Elijah came near to all the people and said, “How long will you hesitate between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” But the people did not answer him a word.
The churches say Jesus is King–yeah, even King of Kings–and they say Jesus is the answer. Isaiah said in Isaiah 29:13.
Then the Lord said, "Because this people draw near with their words and honor Me with their lip service, but they remove their hearts far from Me, and their reverence for Me consists of tradition learned by rote”
Picture this possibility-and it is a possibility–a nationally advertised web-site entitled Jesus Christ for President that shows a form letter to be sent to religious organizations such as TBN, 700 Club, Focus on the Family, the Southern Baptist, etc., etc., just asking if they will endorse Jesus Christ as President and tell their followers to register to vote and to write His name in on the ballot. Then, at the web-site, show the ones that refuse to endorse and choose Jesus Christ for President. (we don’t have the staff to do this, but there may be volunteers).
Then at the end and at the beginning of the list of such Baal priests, state the question, “Should you support those who will not support Jesus for President?” It would put them on the spot to choose because they don’t want to lose their support. Likewise, there can be, at the web-site, a list of politicians who refuse to support and endorse Jesus Christ for President. Some may well think it would be political suicide to do so; but, it would be political suicide not to do so.
And who can disagree with the party platform that Jesus runs on? It is very simple–“Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Then the Ten Commandments could be listed, and for more specifics, simply read His law that covers it all from economics to military to foreign policy.
The people casting a write-in vote for Jesus is tantamount to the people crying out to their God and the Bible tells us over and over that when they do so He hears and answers. Consider the following Scriptures:
And when the sons of Israel cried to the Lord, the Lord raised up a deliverer for the sons of Israel to deliver them, Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb’s younger brother.
Judges 3:9
But when the sons of Israel cried to the Lord, the Lord raised up a deliverer for them, Ehud the son of Gera, the Benjamite, a left-handed man. And the sons of Israel sent tribute by him to Eglon the king of Moab. Judges 3:15
So Israel was brought very low because of Midian, and the sons of Israel cried to the Lord. Now it came about when the sons of Israel cried to the Lord on account of Midian, That the Lord sent a prophet to the sons of Israel, and he said to them, “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, “It was I who brought you up from Egypt, and brought you out from the house of slavery. And I delivered you from the hands of the Egyptians and from the hand s of all your oppressors, and dispossessed them before you and gave you their land, And I said to you, ‘I am the Lord your God; you shall not fear the gods of the Amorites in whose land you live. Buy you have not obeyed Me.’” Judges 6:6-10
It would also be fulfilling the commandment of II Peter 3:12 of “looking for and hastening the coming of the Day of the Lord.”
As for 501(c)3 churches, the ones who are afraid to endorse a candidate for president for fear of losing their IRS tax-exempt status, even they can endorse this concept of a write-in vote for Jesus without fear.
As for possibilities, it is possible to list all of the churches in America who will not at least read and make known the concept of a write-in vote for Jesus to their congregations. One can buy a mailing list which contains the addresses of every church in America. With this list, one could mail campaign flyers to every church in America; then, at the web-site, by state and cities, one could list the churches that refuse to endorse Jesus Christ as President.
The truth is one can probably get campaign flyers passed out in bars and brothels more easily than in churches. The web-site could have stories from individual campaigners in different towns telling of the bars and bar-owners that allowed the campaign brochures to be passed out versus the churches that did not.
There can be campaign buttons such as “Jesus is King – why not President too?”
And, what politician can find skeletons in Jesus’ closet or dig up mud on the sinless, pure Christ? For that matter, what politician could, in good conscience, run against Him, putting himself forward as a better candidate than Jesus Christ?
Even those who do not believe in Jesus Christ will, for the most part, believe He is better than the politicians of our times.
Atheists and agnostic philosophers will be enticed to vote for Him because it is their chance to prove there is no God. If there is an over-whelming vote for Him–that is, a crying out to Him–and He does not step forward then they can say, “See, I told you so.” As I stated, this movement is for the content and discontent alike. For the people who are content with the status quo of “Fiddley Dee or Fiddley Dum”; voting for Jesus Christ is no problem. And, for the discontent, it is a way to show their discontentment.
For those who have lost hope–the Bible says Jesus Christ is our hope–to cast such a vote is to again have hope.
Such a vote is a way for those who want to defy the system and to do so safely and in the privacy of the voting booth. As for voting, this could cause that huge mass that have given up hope and thus given up voting, to register to vote. Don’t think that a huge block of new voters won’t get the attention of the politicians, and it could cause good men with godly leadership abilities and values to surface as well to fill other offices.
Now, many no longer vote because they recognize it has made no difference who they voted for because the system has just continually moved from what is right and virtuous to what is more unjust and insane. (Some say moving from the right to the left). They see their effort to vote as a waste of time. Well, voting for Jesus, then, can not be any more of a wasted vote. Anything you do in the Name of Jesus is not wasted, rather it is rewarded. Many do not vote because they see casting a vote for the lesser of two evils as still a vote for evil; but, voting for Jesus will be a vote for good, not evil. We are going to have a dictatorship, i.e. a king anyway as our presidents have been becoming more so after each election, so why not have the best king there is become president.
Many want a revolution–that is, a change. This can be the answer to a non-violent, bloodless revolution... for Jesus has already endured at the hands of violent, ruthless men and has already shed the blood. We do not necessarily have to have more violence and bloodshed if we but vote for Him.
Most importantly, it is a step; a step of faith in reversing the worst mistake His people ever made.
As for the many other questions that may arise from having posed this idea, let it be said for now that a walk of faith is one step at a time. In the forming of our nation, they pictured a grander scale than president–they pictured Jesus as King. It was a step of faith. Concerning a step of faith, when God told the Israelites to take the land, they went even though they had no idea how they were going to cross the flooding Jordan River. As a result of marching forward one step at a time God made a way. If we want to march forward in victory, then let us, in the election of 2008, take this step of faith and cast a write-in vote for Jesus Christ for President and God will make a way.
For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world – our faith. I John 5:4

Are You Insane? How Preposterous Can This Be?
IT IS TIME FOR A REVOLUTION
A BLOODLESS, NON-VIOLENT REVOLUTION
Despite all the struggles, petitions, crusades, movements, and campaigns with an enormous participation by Christians over many years, there is little to show for our efforts. Battles have been lost, but the war shall be won for Faith is the Victory – I John 5:4. So, here is a simple step of faith for the Christian soldier who has not given up the fight. We pray you take it and take it now!
Dear Christian Believer,
The flyer and brochure may appear silly, ludicrous, and crazy, but just hear me out. The next few minutes it takes to read these few pages may be life changing for you; indeed, a dramatic change for our entire nation, government, and people. In front of you is part of an ingenious plan to help return this nation to its foundational roots of freedom, liberty, and justice which are based in God’s Holy Word. It is a simple plan that one can implement with only a small investment of time and effort and is totally scriptural. It is time for Christians to heed God’s instructions regarding how to wage spiritual warfare.
WHY THE FLYER AND WHY NOW?
Presently, many people are distressed at the conditions we face daily yet feel powerless to affect any permanent changes. From personal issues, local circumstances, and even national events we are overwhelmed by the distress, pain, and frustration of Americans and perceive it as normal! September 11 was a wake-up call for America and still many of God’s people are slumbering in their church pews. The problem is that most of His people have either been lulled to sleep or deceived by a political/economic/religious system totally controlled by anti-Christ people.
The concept that Christians have enemies should not be new to you. They were around in Abraham’s time, with Moses, Jacob, Daniel, King David, Nehemiah, Elijah, and, especially Jesus Christ. And, they are still with us today. If you notice a common thread among most of our adversaries it is that they all usually occupy places of power and influence. They know that their power base is secure as long as you have faith in them, and not God, so they push a false belief system that makes than as gods. People always look to them and petition them to deliver them from their plight. Sorry, but many of us have been praying to the wrong gods!
Christians have the common characteristic that looks for the good in people and a desire to help others, but we also need to know that there are people who delight in evil deeds and continually plan to hurt us. We have a very hard time comprehending such a mentality, but this is the first step of becoming a Christian soldier – identifying the mentality of your opponents and their methods.
This flyer and booklet is a first step approach in mobilizing believers without using large organizations, influential leaders, or mass media. In fact, it is best to avoid such entities to eliminate any campaign from being thwarted by wolves in sheep’s clothing. In the past, all such Christian motives have been hijacked to become totally neutral in gaining the high ground. To be successful, Christians must adopt the methods used by the apostles and early church – the written word chain-lettered throughout the Christian world. Spread by itinerant ministers, and guided by God, (and not huge religious organizations) the Word took root in the fertile ground of the hearts of His lost sheep. There was a new Kingdom at hand! Not like the old political empires with their hierarchy and bureaucracies, but one promising individual freedom, private property, justice, and a fruitful life.
Today, the Kingdom can be “at hand” (very near) and hastening the Day of the Lord is more dependent on individual believers, not large crystal Cathedrals. Today’s ministries have taught Christians that Jesus will defeat the wicked one day, but they forget one thing – The King doesn’t fight His battles, His army does the bidding of the King! This was common knowledge among the colonists in our Revolution over two centuries ago. They carved a new nation out of a wilderness with this conviction. Their motto back then was, “No King but King Jesus!” We need to adopt this mindset again.
IT ONLY TAKES A MINORITY – NOT A MAJORITY
It doesn’t take many people to begin a Revolution. And it can be a bloodless, nonviolent revolution. The early church turned the world upside down without using carnal weapons (Acts 17:6). The Protestant Reformation began with only a handful of men who read the Bible for themselves and discovered it to be a different story than one told by established religious orders. They began writing to their friends and neighbors who also told others and the seeds of religious freedom were sown. Our American Revolution, grounded in Reformation thought, was fought by less than 7% of the entire population. This was defended by Christians who knew, from their Bibles, that all liberties proceed from God not from men. Sadly, most of our ancestors sat on the sidelines seeing who was going to win. Many of the civil liberties that minorities possess are recognized simply because a few people stood their ground. Jesus Christ had only a small group of
fervent disciples, but look how they influenced the world because of their intense faith and dynamic message. So you see the most dramatic changes are influenced by an active minority of people with a vision - not a majority.
SO, WHAT HAS TO BE DONE?
What can be done is to create and operate a program:
- Where Christians can unite under a common banner and belief that is generally held by all believers.
- That needs very little organization, and operates mostly on the individual actions of each believer.
- That takes advantage of our efficient communications, yet is not costly.
- That only takes a little time and effort, yet can yield a tremendous, nationwide effect.
- That is not being directed by any particular large political or religious organization. This should be guided strictly by the moving of people’s hearts and minds through the Holy “Spirit. And it is to be abiding by God’s will, not the will of men or their own personal agendas.
The contents of this letter are all you need to implement such a strategy. With just a one-time effort on your part, you can start a ripple effect that this message can eventually reach millions of Christian believers. However, we must act now, before Election Day, 2004.
What we wish to accomplish is to implement a successful write-in vote campaign for Jesus Christ for President.
Again, I know just how laughable that appears, but let us explain that sometimes the most foolish appearing act is the one that causes the downfall of anti-Christian efforts. Little David killed Goliath with only one stone the size of a half dollar with the entire Army of Israel looking on. An angel of God destroyed the entire Assyrian army in their sleep on behalf of Hezekiah’s prayer. And, Gideon chose his best warriors by how they drank at a brook! They were successful because they put faith in God’s instructions of biblical warfare, no matter how absurd it seemed!
All we ask is that you contribute just a small part of your time and energy to let this message proliferate across the land. Imagine what actually can happen. Not only will it cause shock waves across this country, awakening a sleeping giant, but will also confirm to each true believer just how much power we actually have in shaping our nation’s destiny. It is time to stop letting the tail wag the dog!
HERE’S WHAT YOU DO AND HOW IT WORKS
Simply photocopy these three pages and assemble them as you see in this example. Use a bright colored 24 lb. paper for the outside cover/flyer and traditional white paper for this letter. Fold them together, use seals on the short sides of the mailer, and place a first-class stamp where indicated. Mail these letters to people who you know are sincere Christian believers and would most likely continue this message to other believers. This way, our strategy plan continues to spread like wildfire across the nation with a message of hope.
Mail as many as you generally can afford. The cost of copying, assembling and mailing each letter will be about 85¢ per person. If you want, you can mail out 25 to 30 each week for a month or more. With no return address you can remain anonymous, if you desire. Isn’t that sneaky? Well, our adversaries always operate undercover – maybe we should get smart and use a tactic that’s worked for them!
Don’t know 50 Christians? How about finding some local church directories and using them as a mailing source? How about mailing some to the local independent businesses in your area (electricians, plumbers, construction workers, mechanics, etc.) who you know are Christian based? You can mail them to local Christian outreach groups in your area. Somebody is going to do what you do. And, it’s only going to be the ones who sincerely contend for the faith. That’s being a Gideon soldier. We don’t want the ones who are just “playing church” or are lukewarm for Christ. Make your efforts count!
Is the letter you received in good shape to make a decent copy? Your copies should appear legible and proper to make it credible to your recipients. If it needs refreshing, either you or someone you know who is proficient on a computer should make a new master copy. I know that might require a little extra work, but isn’t it worth bringing the nation back to Christ? Usually, by the third or fourth generation copy, the pages might appear a little sloppy. Make an exact replica of this letter without any editing or adding any pictures, as artwork is much harder to duplicate. Please do the work as one who is a personal servant of Christ.
The power of mailing to 50 people who then mail to another 50, etc., etc., is the phenomenal power of exponential growth. It doesn’t double or triple, but multiplies extremely fast in a short amount of time. By extrapolating some conservative figures, over 20 million people could receive this message in less than 6 months! Can you visualize the magnitude of influence that 20 million Christian people possess?
Will all your recipients respond and mail out this message? Being realistic, most mail response is generally only 2%. However, because this is
just a one-time effort for everyone involved, appeals to the “independent spirit” that most believers possess, (and the fact that you are mailing to a select market) I believe that 10% is a reasonable figure. Even with this small response, the amount of people being reached can be astonishing! Now, when you couple that with the moving power of the Holy Spirit, there’s no telling how much of a wildfire we can implement to scorch the anti-Christs.
DO YOU WANT TO TAKE IT UP A NOTCH?
If you are feeling really brave, take this letter to your Sunday School class for discussion. In fifteen minutes you will know who exactly is “for Christ” and who is against Him. You will hear many objections from the naysayers who attempt to discourage your efforts. They are the ones who are comfortable with the way things are. They do not want to rock the boat and are at east in Zion. They just want to hear the smooth sayings and have their ears tickled. Now, isn’t it exciting to have a weapon that immediately uncovers the disguised enemies? (But, don’t be surprised if many of them are your church leaders!) That’s being “wise as serpents, yet gentle as doves.”
Speaking of leadership, how will the major “movers and shakers” in this land respond to such an underground grass-roots movement? When enough of these letters start circulating the country you better believe they will become aware of it. What about the large ministries of Pat Robertson, Ron Parsley, Jack Van Impe, Joyce Meyer, Creflo Dollar, John Hagee, James Kennedy, TBN, etc., etc.? How will they respond? All of them say that Christ is King and that He is the answer . . . Will they support Him as President? Well, we can all know exactly where each of them stands when thousands of believers begin asking them! Would you still support them if they were against such an idea and became hypocrites in your eyes? Exposing the true heart is what Jesus, John the Baptist, the disciples, and all our true Christian heroes have done throughout history. Wouldn’t you like to be in such company?
How about all the Christian conservatives? What about Rush Limbaugh, Bill O’Reiley, Bob Hannity, Bill Bennett, Tim LaHaye, John Whitehead, Oliver North, etc., etc. who claim to base their positions on 6basic Christian ethics? Would they support such a movement? Let’s find out who really is their “bread and butter.”
What about all those who are running for political office? Ask every one of them exactly what is their position on Jesus Christ as chief executive of our nation. Ask all the political parties what is their platform position about Christ. Would anyone risk political suicide by not supporting such an idea?
Do you now realize the power we as believers can wield to tell our leaders “You are no longer our gods and idols – we look to Jesus Christ as our King! His rules and standards are going to be enforced and not your political correctness!” When confronted with any problem, the question should be: “What does God’s Word say?”
As you can see, we are in no one’s corner and only look to God as our leader and guide. Like Elijah, we are forcing everyone to choose whom they shall serve – Christ or Baal. It is time we put our faith back where it belongs.
So, after mailing your letters, make sure you are properly registered to vote and become educated about the process of write-in voting in your area. Ask pertinent questions about how write-in votes are processed and counted. If you don’t know where to start, ask all of your friends and neighbors where to go and what you need to do. Enough questions will lead you to the right source. Make sure that write-in ballots are available at your precinct and become familiar with all aspects of this exercise of your freedoms. If there is no place to write in the vote, just write it across the ballot. Remember, God does the counting.
BUT, AM I WASTING MY VOTE?
NO! Anything that you do for Christ is counted for righteousness and will yield blessing beyond your expectations. This principle is constantly illustrated in your Bible and who better than God could guarantee them? Remember the story of the widow’s mite, the fishes and loaves, the parable of the mustard seed, and the talents? From small beginning of faith come huge blessings and proceeds! Do not let the world disparage your faith. Begin your efforts, pray for guidance, and rely on God’s promise that He will do what you ask. Then watch what happens on Election Day.
WHAT COULD HAPPEN?
When a nation realizes that it has been putting faith in the depraved nature of man and not in God, it learns the lessons that Israel learned in the Old Testament. The books of Judges, Samuel, Kings, Chronicles, etc. are examples where God’s people would leave her first love and start serving idols. Then God would send calamity on them in various forms of plague, conquering by foreign enemies, famine, etc. until they repented and turned back to Him. When our nation was first founded, it was most definitely a Christian nation – there should be no argument about this fact. In the growing stages of our country, we experienced phenomenal blessings and became a world power in a very short time. But, in the last half century, this nation has also left its first love and we are experiencing one disaster after another? Why? Could this be our God calling us back to repentance?
We need to be like our Israel predecessors and again look back to our Rock! A first step would be demonstrating to our Lord that we are repenting and placing Him as the Head of our Christian nation – again! Only then will He hear our prayers for deliverance from the evils that surround us. Only then will He raise up godly men who will become the true statesmen for God and govern in righteousness, and not the greedy politicians who led us down the wrong paths! Only then will we experience righteous government.
From here, who knows where this could lead? We have to have faith that God knows what is best for us and allow Him to guide us in all our decisions. Every part of this country will experience many changes. Some of them may be alarming, but, like a body that has to heal itself, a fever develops and generates antibodies to fight the sickness. That’s what Revolutions do – eliminate the parasites, germs, bacteria, pollutants, and toxins that caused us to drift away from our God.
It shouldn’t have to be violent as this should be entirely led by the Holy Spirit and not steered by unscrupulous men. Let God do the leading in all that you do regarding this letter. Ask Him for direction. All we are doing is attempting to reach the people who have their hearts and minds on Christ and to prod them into action using a simple, effective system.
Expect a backlash. Enemies of Christ know they only have a short time and will start doing outlandish things. Even now, their damage control is on overload trying to patch the cracks as Christians are becoming aware of just who has been calling the shots. They are beginning to see the Beasts for who they are and are becoming quite skeptical in their boasts and promises.
Eventually, the media will have to acknowledge this movement and they will, of course, slander and malign it as much as possible. You will be portrayed as zealots, fanatics, fools, and maybe even terrorists! But, Christian leadership is supposed to be a terror to evil works (Romans 13:3), so wear the label with pride! You should consider yourself in the same company with all the heroes of the Bible.
So, let’s wake up America one Christian believer at a time. Expect a miraculous turn around and healing of our land of all of its ills. We need another Great Awakening like that of the 1740’s that led to our war of independence and entrenched religious freedom in our land. Let God hear our prayers and know for certain that He can deliver. The days ahead will be uncertain, yet could be very exciting for all Christians.
Will you be a part of this revolution? Can you be counted as a soldier for Christ? Now, it is just you, independent of anyone else, firing the first shots at the anti-Christian forces and they can’t tell where they are
coming from! With this letter you can be the one in the pulpit inspiring others to start a campaign with Christ as the Head. Not just Head of the Church, but of this nation as He should be.
This is your chance to influence which direction our nation goes. Will it become blessed and prosperous under God’s protection and benevolence? Or will it fall and disintegrate into the trash can like many previous empires and countries who forgot God? We have been standing at the crossroads deciding who and what is right. Elijah cuts right to the point and asks:
How long will you waver between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him, but if Baal is God, then follow him. – I Kings 18:21
Elijah demonstrated to the Israelites exactly who were the false priests and leaders that misled the people, and now it is your turn. And you can do it anonymously – safely from your own home!
What say you? If you are not for Christ then you are against Him (Matthew 12:30). If you are for Christ, you must be against His enemies and those who push a humanist religion. Yes, even this letter is now forcing you to choose. What way, Christian? God or man? There is no middle ground.
Let this letter be a turning point, a decisive moment in your life. Too many times we have been lulled into thinking that we are too small to be an effective tool for Christ. We are programmed to think that anti-Christ forces are too great. But, by using spiritual warfare tactics we can overcome. This is one of them – use it rightly and for the glory of God, not your own.
The power of the individual has been greatly underestimated. With the leading of God, what enemy strongholds could you pull down? Look at all those Biblical examples! Let’s make it happen here again, in America! It only starts with YOU!
PUT CHRIST’S ENEMIES ON NOTICE THAT THEY NO LONGER HAVE ANY POWER. WITH JESUS CHRIST AS KING YOU NOW POSSESS THE POWER TO MAKE 2004 THE YEAR OF REPENTANCE AND REDEMPTION. WITH GOD, IN ALL THINGS, YOU CANNOT FAIL.

Write in Jesus for President on Election Day.
It is not a ridiculous, foolish act. It is a step of faith demonstrating that God is still our Lord and King. Let Him hear our voices crying out to Him. Only in the Lord is our nation blessed and protected.
